Improve Fee and Tax classification and reconciliation in the Orders API
Currently, custom Fees and Taxes configured at the property level can be retrieved through the Fees endpoint. However, their type is returned as CUSTOM, which does not clearly distinguish between a fee and a tax.
Although the Orders API returns these items under fees.otherFees, using the fee UID to retrieve their configuration does not guarantee that partners can reliably classify every line item as a Fee or Tax.
Additionally, taxes collected directly by Airbnb can appear in the Order response without a UID, only providing the name. This makes it difficult for partners to identify and classify these amounts reliably.

Improve discount representation in the Orders API
Currently, discounts are not consistently represented in the Orders API response.
Guest-applied promo codes are returned in rent.discount, while other promotions, such as Early Bird and Last Minute discounts, are represented as negative line items under fees.otherFees.
As a result, rent.discount can be null even when a reservation has discounts applied.
Requested improvement
Provide a consistent way to identify all discounts in the Order response, regardless of their type or how they are applied.
Ideally, discounts should have a dedicated field or a clear classification in the fee breakdown, allowing partners to identify and reconcile them without additional assumptions.

Give us the option to color-code hostfully bookings on the calendar (not just yellow)
We work with multiple agencies and would want the option to color code the guests under which agency to fit in. I understand that there are other colors for OTA platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, but the option to change colors for hostfully direct bookings will help us who would want to utilize hostfully for direct bookings under multiple agencies.

Add an option in the settings to disable the Direct Booking Website without having to delete or remove its configuration.

Improve Search Feedback for Minimum Stay Requirements
When a guest searches for a property on the Direct Booking Website and selects a stay shorter than the property's minimum stay requirement (e.g. 1 night instead of the required 2 nights), the search returns "No properties found."
DBS should display a warning or notification explaining that the selected dates do not meet the minimum stay requirement, rather than showing no results.
For agencies with multiple properties and different minimum stay requirements, the search should ideally provide relevant guidance based on each property's requirements.
