  1. I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.

    Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

  3. Allow to change checkout date for reservations with payment by Booking.com. If guest wants to extend the checkout date, looks like they have to request it on Booking.com before checkin date but it's not usually the case.

    However, the action to change checkout date in Hostfully does not work with Payment by Booking.com reservations causing it's hard for us to extend guest stay.

    Additionally, the option to change stay date is blocked on Booking.com Extranet so we cannot modify it neither from Hostfully nor Booking.com

  5. The possibility of adding beds to the rooms that are not bedrooms or living rooms. That way, when you choose to set an Office room type, you can add a Sofa bed, for example.

  8. I would like the option to show Report Issuing date directly on the Property Report. At the moment, I can only see the date range of the report, not the issuing date. Having the Report Issuing date available directly on the report would help me to better identify each report.

  10. Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

  13. Airbnb sends reminders if you don’t respond to an inquiry within 24 hours. With Hostfully, there’s no way to mark messages as unread, so if the owner views a lead first, I sometimes miss the opportunity to follow up.

  14. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.

  16. At the moment, that is correct all reviews of both channels would be in the same place and be differentiate by channel's logo column. I want to have 2 seperate area for Airbnb and VRBO channels. That would be easier to manage the review.

  19. It would be super helpful to be able to see the nightly prices per OTA and the direct website on the calendar. Probably not all at once, but some kind of filter that you could switch to see what the nightly rates are on each platform, or the ability to hover and see the different prices. It would also be helpful to see a comparison of rates when manually adding a booking or quote.

    At present the pricing in the calendar as we see it, is never what the guest is actually paying as there is a markup and this…
