Show the Main booking of group booking on the exact unit
Currently, that's expected for group booking behavior when we have the gr booking on sub-unit, the main lead will stay on hotel / master level without being allocated, which may hide the block on master beneath it.

Change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated
Once the guest clicked on "Request a hold" from Quote message, the calendar will show a hold accordingly but there was no automated message sent to the guest. when i click her name in pipeline i do not get the option to "place on hold" only "extend hold" so I can't send the Hold confirmation message from Pipeline either. I can only choose the template from Inbox to send manually. It's very inconvenient.
Please add another option or change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated

Improve visibility of upsell options (e.g., pet fees) earlier in the booking flow
Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.
It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:
After guests input the number of guests
Before clicking “Book Now”
Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process
This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

Let have videos in our VRBO listings
VRBO allows videos to be added in a listing. We cannot compete with other properties if Hostfully software doesn't allow us to do this. Please Help!

VRBO USD Limitation for International Properties
VRBO operates in USD, but many properties around the world are priced in other local currencies. In addition, some countries cannot use Stripe due to country-specific restrictions or agreements, which prevents certain properties from connecting to VRBO directly.
As a result, these properties often have to rely on iCal connections instead of a full direct integration. The downside is that iCal is limited and does not support full dynamic syncing, which can reduce exposure, efficiency, and potentially booking traffic.

Support Booking.com Photo Tags
Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.
Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.

Ability to Send Mass SMS to Past Guests
It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.
Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.
This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

Make the process of deleting a fee/tax more intuitive
Right now when deleting a fee under Fees, Taxes, and Policies, the fee will be deleted for all properties by default. You also have the option to select the properties from which you can remove the fee.
However, I think by default we should have it removed for the property that I'm selecting, not all, since it's confusing and I can accidentally delete it for all.1 vote -

Flexible Taxes & Fees Based on Revenue Components, Stay Length, and Booking Channel
Currently in Hostfully there is limited flexibility in how taxes and platform-related fees are calculated and applied. This creates accounting discrepancies compared with how other platforms (e.g., Airbnb) treat revenue components and prevents accurate handling of regional tax rules and channel-specific fees.
Two key limitations cause issues:
.Taxes and levies cannot be configured based on total booking revenue or stay length.
.Fees cannot vary based on the booking channel.This makes it difficult to ensure taxes and platform fees are applied correctly and creates reconciliation problems for accounting.

Change how checkout restriction dates are shown on booking widget
When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.
However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.
This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.
