Create a category for co-hosts/employees, below "associate", where they can not see any financials including booking amounts.
For cohosts, create a category below "Associate" where no financial information is shown, no reservation amounts. Everything else within the Associate level remains the same.

Keep one-time fees in the first reporting period
Currently, using FRACTION_EARNED booking charges across reporting periods, including one-time fees such as cleaning fees.
It would be helpful to have an option to keep one-time fees (e.g., cleaning fees) in the first reporting period only, while continuing to prorate rent across the reservation dates.

Allow One-Time Scheduled Messages for Individual Guests or Reservations
Currently, scheduled trigger messages apply to all reservations or guests that meet the trigger conditions. It would be very helpful to have the option to create a scheduled trigger message for one specific guest or reservation only.
For example, if one guest needs a reminder to upload a corrected ID, has a special request, needs custom arrival information, or is celebrating a birthday, the host could schedule that message for that individual reservation without affecting all other guests.
Once the message is sent, the individual trigger should expire automatically.

Apply Automatic Pricing Rules to Manual Reservations
Manual reservations should automatically apply the same pricing rules as direct bookings, including Early Bird, Last-Minute, Weekly (7+ nights), Monthly (28+ nights), taxes, fees, and any other configured pricing rules. This would eliminate manual calculations, reduce pricing errors, and ensure consistent pricing across all booking methods.

VRBO Pet Rules Settings

Hosts using the VRBO integration are unable to maintain pet-related house rules configured directly in VRBO because Hostfully does not currently support the corresponding fields. As a result, pet settings entered in VRBO are overwritten during synchronization.Customer Impact:

Organize job types into separate folders within the app.
It would be beneficial for service providers to view jobs categorized by type within the app. Although I manage multiple services under a single provider, the app currently displays all services together, requiring me to click on each one individually to understand its details. Additionally, organizing jobs by date could improve usability.
For example, in the "Upcoming" section, there could be a main entry for June 28, containing subfolders for each specific service. Within these subfolders, the corresponding jobs would be listed.

Add a pipeline status to show PM failed transactions
see the failed payments in red on the pipeline.

Ability to exclude OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) reviews from the Hostfully Direct Booking Site
Currently, we count the reviews of OTAs on the Hostfully direct booking site, but they are not related to our direct booking site.
It would be better if we could have an option to exclude the OTAs review on the direct booking site.

Bulk send an email trigger to multiple recipients in one thread.
Currently, triggers with multiple recipients are sent as individual individual emails. A feature to include all intended recipients in a cc: style email could help with guest registration at properties where more than one person needs to be notified.

Rental Agreement Icon _ Pipeline
it would be useful by quickly being able to see if rental agreement was signed
right now I have to have a knowledge that icon shows up there when signed, if not signed there is no quick way to know

Remove the security deposit amount from the TOTAL in the new eDBS Booking Widget
In the new version of the Direct Booking Site, guests see the security deposit amount INCLUDED in the total price. This should be removed as it misleads guests from the real price of their reservation.

Customize Minimum Price on the Booking widget
Currently, with the new version of the direct booking site, the price calculation of minPriceOverYear on the Hostfully Direct Booking site is now (the lowest night price + tax rate % + non-optional fees + non-optional taxes).
But I would like to not show the non-optional fees on that minimum price, so it would be great if we could customize the min price of the booking widget to define the amount to display.

Mark a Reservation as Check-In Instructions Completed when ending access instructions
Currently, we send all our check-in instructions manually by using the templates to send a message based on if the property has a smartlock or doesn't and it pulls all the relevant data.
I would like to see in a clear spot if a guest checking in that day has been sent their access instructions template or not. Firstly, we'd need a toggle on the guest modal to say 'Sent!' or 'Complete!'
And then we know who's still needing access details (and may need to fill out their pre-arrival form).
It would be great to then see throughout the day…
