  1. We would like to request a new feature that allows the calendar widget to be dynamically configured based on the property ID.

    Currently, we are unable to implement this behavior because the necessary ID is not returned in any API response or available anywhere else in the system. As a result, we cannot generate the widget dynamically and must manually retrieve and use the widget for each individual property.

    To enable dynamic usage, we would need one of the following:

    Include the required widget ID in the API responses, or

    Allow the calendar widget to be generated directly using the…

  4. Just like we have automated reviews for Airbnb and VRBO, I would like to have automated review responses that get posted in reply to reviews we receive. I think it would be helpful to have a condition where we set the number of stars a reviews has that qualifies it for a response, for example, I could set a response trigger that only replies to 5-star reviews, since I probably want to manually review and respond to any review that may have something negative in it.

  9. I’d like the ability to generate a direct booking link that automatically includes the dates a prospective guest is interested in. This would allow hosts and property managers to quickly send a ready-to-book link, without having to walk the guest through selecting dates manually.

  11. Hi Hostfully API team!
    We VRASIO have just joined the Hostfully ecosystem as an OTA.
    I understand room mapping is available for Airbnb, but not for Vrasio or others.

    We don’t understand the logic behind it. Why don’t we make it available to Vrasio too, since we have that feature embedded inside our platform too.
    The PMs would appreciate your support because it would save him time for not mapping rooms manually inside our platform. At least Select Stays expressed that desire to my attention. Thanks!

  13. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

  16. When Hostfully’s iCal feed is imported to Google Calendar, the event appears to end the night before checkout. This causes confusion for property managers and cleaners who rely on Google Calendar to see when a property is still occupied or needs cleaning.

    Hostfully exports the data correctly (from check-in to check-out), but Google interprets the event as ending on the previous night. It would be very helpful to have an optional setting in the iCal export that adds one extra day to the event duration.

  18. Distinct confirmation page for tracking conversions, such as those from META ads, that appears immediately after payment is completed.

    Currently, users are redirected to a pre-arrival form after payment, but there’s no separate confirmation page that can serve as a reliable conversion endpoint for analytics or ad tracking.

    Additional context:
    The Meta HTML is already implemented through Google Tag Manager, so adding it under Agency Settings > White Labelling wouldn’t address the issue. The tag itself is firing correctly on the site.
