  1. It would be great to be able to create reoccuring owner adjustments based on a booking instead of weekly/monthly basis. For example, every time there is a booking there is a supply fee adjustment and a cleaning fee adjustment (incase an agency charges differently than the guest-facing cleaning fee).

  4. Hosts using the VRBO integration through Hostfully are no longer able to file damage claims directly through VRBO as they previously could when not integrated.

    When not using an integration, VRBO provides a built-in host protection and claim process that is included in their service fee structure. However, once a property is integrated through a PMS (such as Hostfully), hosts are redirected away from VRBO’s native claim system and must handle damage-related issues through the PMS workflow instead.

    This creates confusion and concern for hosts, as it feels like:

  5. PM would like to request the ability to remove or hide the green “Avg / night” price bubble that appears on the website map/listing view.

    Currently, this element is system-generated and there is no option in settings to disable it. In some cases, it affects the visual presentation of the listings and we would like more flexibility to control whether this pricing badge is shown or hidden.

  6. At the moment, with Automation V3, variables such as [$LEADARRIVALDATE$], [$LEADCHECKOUT$], and [$LEADCHECKIN$] are displayed based on the guest’s language settings.

  7. Currently, group bookings require submitting pre-arrival forms for each individual sub-booking in order to mark the entire group booking as complete in the system. This results in duplicate efforts and is unnecessary since a group booking involves one guest reserving multiple rooms. It would be ideal if guests with group bookings could submit the pre-arrival form just once, allowing the system to mark the Pre-arrival form as submitted for all associated sub-bookings.

  12. Right now, the only option to send our guest's receipts is to create a template with the [$ORDER_STATEMENT$] variable but it doesn't populate crucial information like dates, guest's name, property name, transaction number, etc.

    Would be nice to see an improvement here.

  13. We receive a text message when n integration is disconnected from our platform. However, the text message does not include the integration name which makes it very difficult for us to understand which was the integration that was toggled off. It would be super helpful to include the name of the integration with the text message. Thanks!

  16. The system template “VRBO Alternative Payment Link” is currently generating payment links for 100% of the reservation amount, regardless of the actual amount that should be charged. (e.g., 70% should be charged at reservation time) .

    The payment link should reflect the exact amount intended to be charged for that specific transaction, not the full reservation total by default.

  17. Have information for a returning guest save on hostfully (their name, email and phone number) for direct bookings.
    We have many returning guests and every time we need to add a new reservation made through whatsapp or call, we need to have their email typed again and their name and phone number.
    A dropdown list should be fine when adding a direct booking.

  18. Introduce a centralized system that allows property managers to flag and block problematic guests across all properties within an agency. Currently, guest issues are tracked at the individual property level, allowing repeat offenders to book other listings within the same portfolio.

    This feature would enable agencies to mark guests as “Do Not Host” or “High Risk,” add internal notes, and automatically block or flag future booking attempts across all properties. It should also include alerts for flagged guests and team-based permissions for managing guest status.

  19. If a template is configured in multiple languages and a trigger is associated with it (intended to send a quick reply on Airbnb and VRBO whenever there is a booking request or an inquiry) the message is currently sent only in English.

    The purpose of these quick replies is to maintain a high response rate on Airbnb. However, even though Hostfully allows configuration in multiple languages, the guest will always receive the message in English, regardless of the language they used to contact us.

    This behavior does not make sense, as Hostfully should be able to identify the guest’s language…
