  1. As a property manager, once I successfully connect to a channel or integration in Hostfully, I’m redirected to a general page listing all available channels and integrations. From there, I have to manually click “Settings” or “Manage this Channel” to reach the property activation page.

    It would be a much smoother experience if Hostfully could automatically redirect me to the property activation page right after the connection is completed. This would reduce the number of clicks and help ensure I don’t forget to activate properties, saving time and avoiding missed setup steps.

We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

  6. When you click on a job on the calendar, you can only add a note for the job.

    I want to have the option to include the attachment to add the photos of the issue, so I have the details of the job needs to be done.

  8. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

  10. I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

  17. When running reports, there are roughly a dozen "preset" timing options in a dropdown menu for dates, ranging from "Today" to "Last Year". It would be helpful, and very simple programming, to add an "All Time" or similar option there.

    Currently, this requires the user to select custom dates and then pick a start date sufficiently far into the past, and an end date sufficiently far into the future. The "All Time" option could either remove the time range parameters from the query altogether, or just select default dates of 01/01/2000 to 12/31/2100 or similar.

  19. We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.

    We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.

    At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

  20. Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)

    It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.
