  1. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.

    Example:
    If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

  2. Currently, the system automatically adjusts capitalization in property and city names, which can result in incorrect formatting. For example, “KLCC” is being displayed as “Klcc”.

    This affects proper nouns, abbreviations, and branded names that rely on specific capitalization for accuracy and professionalism.

    Requested Enhancement:
    Maintain the original capitalization entered by users for all city and location fields, without automatic adjustments to letter case.

  3. Keep the applied filters (location, property tags, property type, etc.) active when moving between calendar views or when opening a property-specific calendar. This would allow sales agents to seamlessly explore filtered options without having to reapply filters each time.

  8. Guests often consider extending their stays, especially if nearby dates are open. This feature would automatically detect when the check-in day minus one or the check-out day plus one is available, and then send a customizable message encouraging guests to book those dates.

    Example Use Case:

    A guest books June 10–12.

    The nights of June 9 and June 13 are unbooked.

    The system automatically sends:

    “Hi [Guest Name], the night before and after your stay are still available if you’d like to extend your visit. Let us know if you’re interested!”

  10. I wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations.

    Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost.

    To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. My plan is:

    When a guest books, they immediately receive a confirmation message explaining the processing-fee policy.

  12. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

  14. Add DAC7-aligned income/activity export functionality to support users managing EU properties who need to meet local tax transparency reporting regulations.

    Problem / User Need
    Property managers operating within the UK/EU are required to report rental income under DAC7 regulations.
    While platforms like Airbnb and Stripe handle their own reporting as platform operators, PMs must still gather accurate financial data for submissions.

    At the moment, Hostfully does not offer a reporting export tailored for DAC7 needs, making the process more manual and time-consuming for users.

  18. Some integrations add notes in the lead modal. This information can be useful to operations. Could we please have a trigger event for Lead Note, so when a note is added to the lead modal, it could trigger a message with the Lead Note variable so the PM can see the note message WHEN the note is added?

  20. I would like to know if it’s possible to adjust the booking type depending on the length of stay. For example, if guests wish to book for one week or longer, they can make an instant booking. However, if the stay is only for a weekend or less than seven days, it should be a request, and we would then send an offer.
