  4. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    Great news: Pipeline actions are now available in the reservation modal!

    This means, whether you're on the Dashboard, Calendar, Inbox, or elsewhere, if the reservation modal is open, your Pipeline actions (e.g., record payments, send payment request, cancel a booking, etc.) are right there with you.

  5. When clicking on "All locations" to filter locations on DBS, the Las Vegas is spelled as "Las vegas".

    Please fix it as I just want it to look professional without errors.

  6. the calendar list not staying expanded as it used to. It's definitely annoying to have to expand everything again each time you refresh the calendar (this limitation only applied to units for Multi-Unit Properties)

  7. I'd like to have integration capabilities between Hostfully and Sifely Smart Locks. We use Sifely's lock systems to manage access to our properties, and I am interested in automating the process of generating and sending passcodes to guests.

    Currently, we manually generate a passcode for our guests after they complete the necessary pre-arrival forms and rental agreements through Hostfully. We would like to streamline this process by having Sifely automatically generate and send passcodes once Hostfully confirms the completion of these documents.

  8. We set up this event in Google Analytics as instructed, but it has not tracked any conversions. So I think we're still stuck. Is there anything else we can do?

When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  11. I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

  12. When a property has booking mode as Inquiry, from direct booking site or booking widget, option shows as "Get a quote".

    However, when a property has booking mode as Booking Request or Instand Booking, this option shows as "Book now".

    But for Booking Request mode, when continuing to proceed with a booking, there is a small note at the top of the page that states, "guest must wait for the property manager to accept it and payment will be processed accordingly." which is quite confused and guest can easily miss that note.

    I think it would be much more clear…

  13. When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."

    It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb

The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

    Hi everyone! We're excited to inform you that lead tags are now supported in the Enhanced Reports. When you tag a booking for a guest, that tag can now be pulled into the reports. You can find the Lead Tags under Field Category > Booking.

  16. Right now Airbnb messages are coming in sometimes when a property manager imports a property from Airbnb, even if they have not turned that property to “on” in the Airbnb channel.

    Another case is that, when a PM connects to an Airbnb account but only imports and manages one, not all, listings in that account. Nevertheless, Airbnb messages from other listings not managed by them show up in Inbox without property and reservation details.

    We would like for Airbnb messages to only start appearing in the Inbox when the property managers goes to Channels / Airbnb and turns “on” that…

    This has been completed. Now Airbnb messages only come in to the Hostfully inbox once the property is live and connected through Hostfully. Not during the initial property data import.

  17. We want to prevent check in/out on 12/25/23 and 1/1/24 for all properties. At the moment, we have to open each property > Pricing tab to do this.

  18. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.

  20. Now that Airbnb and VRBO both have restrictions on the number of characters for Public Name and Long Description, it would be extremely helpful and more streamline to make those adjustments. Instead I'll have to copy and past into a word doc and the paste back into. It's kinda clumsy and time consuming as I have 20+ properties to adjust. Unless I am missing it somewhere. :)
