create a rate multiplier to cover those extra % VRBO charge

VRBO charge a 5% per booking + any fee

PM wants to cover this with the rate multiplier

    One caveat to the rate multiplier, it only applies to the nightly rate, so I've set mine to 8% to cover fees vrbo may charge on other items, but it's just as easy to adjust the price of other fees in your listing fees management and set different fees for vrbo to account for the difference.
