Can we please get this changed? It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to change. We are CONSTANTLY having issues with this! At least 2 this week alone.

Guests are constantly confused by this wording and it is not a great reflection on our business. It could even be changed to "Driver's License, Passport, Government ID, etc."

Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

Every time we sent a message to a direct booking guest via email, the message starts as a new email thread and the subject line reads "You have a new message from Switchback Suites." You can see in the screenshot I attached, as an example, you can see our reply on the bottom and her reply on the top, but there were a couple other messages about the same topic that you don't see because every time we replied back to her, it started a new email thread. Yes, in Hostfully it looks like a continuous thread, but from a guest perspective, they get a new message via a new email thread, every time we reply.

Just wanted to follow up on this. We have gotten at least 5 guests in the last 10 days ask about the government ID. They're so confused by this! Can we please get the wording changed to something like "Driver's License, Passport, Government ID, etc."?
