  1. Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.

    Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

  2. In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.

    Some examples of how we could use this:
    - Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
    - Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
    - The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.

  4. It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
    There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.

  6. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  8. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…

  11. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).

  13. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  14. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  15. I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

  16. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation
