Move the system templates to the right categories.
It’s confusing to see agency messages are listed under Guest messages, etc. Please sort the system templates to appear within the correct categories.

Include a Rental Conditions Reminder system template.
Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Allow Messages To Trigger By Tag
PMs have added tags to help identify returning guests. They've expressed the desire to create templates that will only be sent to those individuals, but tags need to be added to the trigger conditions in order for this to happen.

Pet Notification - Variable
PM needs a notification indicating to her and her service providers that a pet will be staying at the property. This needs to work for all channels, not just direct bookings. A variable indicating whether a pet is coming (based on whether a pet fee was paid) would solve this problem. The statement variable displays whether a pet fee was paid, but the PM doesn't want to share that information with the service providers as it is unnecessary.

Ability to download the pre-arrival form in PDF format
Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.
Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

Rental Conditions: ability to use variables and HTML formatting
In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.
Some examples of how we could use this:
- Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
- Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
- The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.4 votes -

Include System Templates in Scheduled Messages
It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.1 vote -
New trigger for "rental agreement not signed" when booking outside of direct booking site
I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

Add date options to the system template: Alternative Rental Dates
Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.
It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.5 votes -

Have the ability to send a notification that check-in instructions was not sent.
It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…
