  1. I would find it very useful to be able to run a report for a period in the future, without having to select Custom and pick a date range.

    Some examples of values I've wanted to use:

    "Next 365 days" - If it's Dec15 and I want to run a Booking Report for the upcoming year.

    "All future" - Get data to help with prediction and forecasting.

    In many UIs, anywhere there is a "This Month" and "Last Month", there's also a "Next Month" option, as another example.

  2. In the Recent Reports list under Enhanced Reports, it would be very helpful to show the filters that were used to generate the report. This would save me having to run the same report over and over when the data didn't change.

    For example, if I run a report for last year, in most cases that data isn't going to be different tomorrow. I should be able to just open the report I already ran.

    Another example: if I run the same report for several properties, having the property shown in the Recent list would make it obvious which ones…

  4. I'd like a report to be able to download guests' contact information (phone #, email address etc) as well as what they include in the pre-arrival form. I need to supply a guest registry to the city as per our STR license requirements and currently doing it MANUALLY! Please help :)

  7. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  12. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  15. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  17. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  18. It's really helpful if the Owner list in Report / Filter can be sorted in Alphabetical order. Imagine we have a lot of Owners and it takes time to find them in that list while Ctrl+F / Cmd+F seems to not be working on this.

  19. Currently, there're variables for LUID, Property UID & Agency UID but Order UID or Order URL.
    Sometimes Property manages need to take a quick look on the lead order while doing reports, so it would be helpful for them if the Order URL could be generated in reports

  20. Given that many property management companies book beyond the current year, reoccurring scheduled reports need to have the function to report beyond the current year. At the moment, this is the furthest out you can select when scheduling a report.
