the guidebook and pmp need bi-directional syncing of all data, IMHO.
we should be able to use all the same variables (custom or otherwise) from the pmp in the guidebooks and vice/versa.

which channels support this?
I think this would only apply to the direct booking site and people don't login before they book.i'm not sure how this would be possible without platform support.

Ideally there should be a true access control list implementation. that would solve a lot of these types of problems.

full acls would be ideal.
Even at the property level.
you may have some properties where one users is a property manager but for others they're just an associate or booking agent.

Many of the airbnb room types don't sync.
I keep adding living rooms, they'll show up, I'll assign them in hostfully, then sometime they'll just disappear.Hostfully should support ALL the features of the photo tour.

Similarly, would be nice to have a "flexible dates" option where people can see costs for different travel dates.

even worse, anytime I update a property, it seems the bathroom information gets lost and we have to re-add it via booking.com so it's like it's pushing 'no" bathroom information.

This is especially a problem with payments by booking.
These leads, if we move the guest to a different room, the price changes, we can't keep the original price. The workaround I was given was to go into the order after the fact and add a line item, which is absurd.
We should be able to turn on "keep original pricing" or "manually adjust pricing" .. 2 little checkboxes with existing actions associated with them.

I'm not sure the value of this option specifically, but here are my asks :
1) I'd like to create multiple templates and have them cycled through for specific guests.
in other words, template one is used for the first time we review that guest. Template 2 for the 2nd time we review the same guest...etc...
as it is, they keep getting the same review for repeated stays which doesn't look personalized.
Optionally (in addition) would like the option to create sets. randomly choose one of set 1, and one of set 2.
I'd also like reviews to be based on our star ratings for the guest based on the "internal guest notes" tab.
Otherwise I see no value in this internal guests notes.. but I figured the idea was that we review them there and those stars get posted.
Notes would be for private messages and the review template text would go to the public review.
If we don't fill that out by the time the review triggers then it's the generic review .

I think this means that we want reports of INCOME not booking value..
when income comes in monthly (or half for a non-refundable deposit) we need to show both what's been collected and what's remaining owed.
