I'm not sure the value of this option specifically, but here are my asks :
1) I'd like to create multiple templates and have them cycled through for specific guests.
in other words, template one is used for the first time we review that guest. Template 2 for the 2nd time we review the same guest...etc...
as it is, they keep getting the same review for repeated stays which doesn't look personalized.
Optionally (in addition) would like the option to create sets. randomly choose one of set 1, and one of set 2.
I'd also like reviews to be based on our star ratings for the guest based on the "internal guest notes" tab.
Otherwise I see no value in this internal guests notes.. but I figured the idea was that we review them there and those stars get posted.
Notes would be for private messages and the review template text would go to the public review.
If we don't fill that out by the time the review triggers then it's the generic review .

we are charged for archived listings which seems counterintuitive but the reason I was given is that they all take up storage space and resources which cost money.
I presume the same for archived photos.
I think it would be handy to have photos that are seasonal, for example, which you wouldn't want to show the pool in winter if it's closed, but if a photo is just out dated, not sure the value of keeping it around.
But my guess is, this is a low demand thing.
What I'd like to see is photo management more like how booking.com does it. I want to upload all my photos to the parent listing and select which ones apply to the children. similarly we should be able to have photos not selected for any of the listings, which solves the original requesters problem.

Ability to sort the triggers table is planned.

Beyond this, it would be nice if we can assign templates/triggers at the listing management level.
Add a tab to the listing management for triggers so we don't have to go to so many places when adding a new listing.

This would be a nice complex condition to add to triggers. "active dates"
This would also allow sending messages only relevant certain dates of the year.. like not sending pool hours in winter time, etc.

Agreed. Historical data is even required by law in many jurisdictions.

When you close airbnb leds, it marks the lead in airbnb as declined, I think .
I worry that this will harm our search ranking since they downgrade listings with lots of declines on them.

We are planning to provide bulk edit capabilities for Fees and Policies, as we did for Main Property Settings. Once the feature is deployed, setting fees across your inventory (or a subset you select) will be done in a couple clicks.

I'm surprised there aren't 30 of these requests...maybe there are.
but I've been asking for this for many years.
it's tedious to add and modify taxes on a per listing basis.
Taxes change for a city, we should be able to apply that change to all the listings in that city.
same for all the fees. and we can't currently even modify them. we can only delete and recreate them.
Another confusion. the "doesn't apply to stays longer than" ONLY applies to Airbnb.
so if we have a occupancy tax that doesn't apply to 30 day stays, 31 day airbnb bookings aren't taxed, but booking.com 30 day stays and direct bookings are taxed.
This makes no sense.

I think what's wanting here is a "bulk send message" that used variable substitution.
Instead of a template/trigger, .. or maybe yes a template, but we want to be able to "send to multiple guests" and then check off the guests to receive the message.
I wouldn't want to make a whole trigger just to send a message about a hurricane, but I would like to send one message about a hurricane to multiple guests who might be impacted.

This has languished for a couple years? anything going to be done here?
It is kind of ridiculous that we have to have duplicate triggers based on the mechanism the message will be delivered.
Ideally we can configure the outcome:
Direct ONLY
Email ONLY
Direct AND Email
Direct if available, email otherwise
Email if available, direct otherwise(these last 2 should detect if it's a anonymized channel email address and treat those as "no email" since they're effectively the same thing as direct and may end up with duplicate messages in the inbox).

This is especially a problem with payments by booking.
These leads, if we move the guest to a different room, the price changes, we can't keep the original price.
The workaround I was given was to go into the order after the fact and add a line item, which is absurd.
We should be able to turn on "keep original pricing" or "manually adjust pricing" .. 2 little checkboxes with existing actions associated with them.
