Would at least like to be able to match the rule sets that Airbnb has on their platform. For example 3 day stay, 4 day, 5 day etc. Would like to be able to add as many conditions as I like instead of the current 1 increase and 2 decrease that exist.
Since Cleaning Fees are becoming a hot button topic I'd like to remove the fee but to do so I need more control on my pricing. I can do this on Airbnb but doing so kills the ability to have accurate pricing on other channels.

We are planning to provide bulk edit capabilities for Fees and Policies, as we did for Main Property Settings. Once the feature is deployed, setting fees across your inventory (or a subset you select) will be done in a couple clicks.
The real annoying this is when I adjust the times in remote lock, half the time Hostfully over rides that time and pushing it back to the normal check in time.
