The Problem is that the only variable is LEAD_CHECKIN_TIMES or LEAD_CHECKOUT_TIMES which is tied to the property default times. This means anytime you have an early check in, the system still sends out messages based on the DEFAULT checkin or checkout time! It also means that any templates that show check-in and check-out times are not correct. This causes massive confusion with guests who keep getting messages showing the wrong information EVEN THOUGH the information for their booking has the right times.
