  3. Here are my payment setting under property main settings: 0% at reservation, collect balance at 30 days. Currently, the system template Balance Due is sent to guests on the due date.

    I want guests to leave their CC details at the time of booking to create confirmed reservations, then the system will automatically charge the balance on the due date.

  4. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  13. Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

  15. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  16. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.
