  1. It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.

    (i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)

    Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

  2. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  3. We like to set up a partner program for our agency where every partner that refers a new property owner receives a lifetime commission of x% calculated as %tage of our agency commission.

    "Must-have":
    (1) A list of partners maintained in Hostfully, with their contact data and the %commission they will receive
    (2) The option in the Property administration to add a partner that should receive commission on agency commission
    (3) A portal for the partner to see how the properties are performing (e.g. bookings without guest names) and a dashboard showing his commission results month by month, and ability…

  4. Currently the fees are listed as separate line items on our website and VBRO. Sometimes those fees do not feed correctly to VRBO and can appear as something like "resort fee" vs linen fee, etc and can get hard to explain to guests.

    We are curious to see if we could bundle all of the fees into the rental rate. Meaning - all fees are presented to the traveler as "rent" and there is only one fee left out like cleaning.

    I believe this would be great due to guests commonly adding all the fees + rent and dividing that…

  6. When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

  8. Enable a booking window shorter than 3 months. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

  9. Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.

  10. Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:

    Manager - Full access
    Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
    Property sales manager - property and owner creation
    Associate - view mode only

    Having customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.
