Add condition if the rental agreement has not been signed.
I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.
For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

Automatically translate messages send through inbox
Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Feature to pay owners directly through Hostfully and record balances
As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.
If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.5 votesWe have been researching for best ways to provide this feature, so this is an ongoing effort already, fyi.

with the complex condition, I want to have the booking hold end event in the time-based event to sent the notify for my guest.

Aability to automatically set Minimum Stay to the size of the gap between reservations or blocked days
If I get a sandwich night, one night left in between the platform shuts it out as my min booking is two nights but I don't mind opening one-nighters in such scenario.

Support Booking.com multiple rooms reservation via API
At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.
We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

Owner block should come over as a reservation, not a block.
An owners block should come over as a reservation instead of a block. You can even have custom messaging to confirm their stay or confirm cancelation of an owners block etc. This would make things more automated.

Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

Merge specific fees into the nightly rate
When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO or DBS it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that
