  1. When you get an inquiry from Airbnb right now, there's no way to figure out which property or Airbnb account it comes from. When you sync multiple airbnb accounts, this gets to be a huge problem trying to track down inquiries. It would be great if you could see the same data that you see post-booking on the right hand side (dates, property name, etc)

  2. Right now, if you need to send a discount to an airbnb guest in the resolution center, it will not update in your statement in Hostfully. This will cause error in all reporting for the remainder of the month/year. Same if if the guest opts into a fee after they have arrived. We need to be able to manually edit our statement in Hostfully after a guest arrives or departs.

  3. We find it hard to monitor new messages since there's no notification when a message is received. It would be best is there is a sound option or a push notification when there's new message receive even if the tab is not open at the moment of receiving the message.

  4. The pre-arrival form contains the below:
    This guest will have visit:
    This guest will have a party:

    "visit" should be changed to "visitors"

    It would more helpful to provide users the ability to edit the pre-arrival form. I would remove these questions altogether if I could.

  5. Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.

    Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details?

  6. Air Bnb has now added a feature to automatically add a pet fee for stays, but because Hostfully does not have this as an option, it is not possible to use this feature on Airbnb. Can we get a "AirBnB mapping type" to include Pet Fee, so we can have this on all of our listings and better capture reimbursement for cleaning fees on pet stays.

  10. Airbnb has a new option to add photos to a "where you'll sleep" section. As a PM, having the ability to add photos to that section helps me improve my listing and set expectations.

    As a traveler, it provides me more details on the sleeping arrangements.

    I am not currently able to use this section with a full sync from Hostfully to Airbnb as Hostfully does not support it in the API. The only option I have right now, is to do a partial sync or not use that functionality on Airbnb.

    Hi everyone! Thank you so much for writing in about Airbnb's "where you'll sleep" feature.  We just released the enhancement today.


    To use this feature, make sure Airbnb is turned on at the Channels and Property level. Then go to the Property and the Photos tab.


    From there, you can enable the "where you'll sleep" option and then map it to the room in the drop-down list. Please see the screen shot attached.

  11. I find that the information on the Dashboard is not very useful to me. I would like the dashboard to show high level performance like Occupancy rates, YTD and MTD revenue etc.. I suggest the following:
    - Configurable components on the Dashboard (allows users to display or not display the component
    - Total Revenue by month (a graph that shows revenue by month, similar to what AirBNB shows), allow filters by property
    - Total Occupancy by month - allow filters by property

  13. Currently if a guest searches that 'all properties' widget and there is nothing available for their dates, they are invited to submit a request for a quote form. What? They should receive instead a message that says there are no dates available for their stay and either - be given a selection of available units for adjacent weeks, OR simply be directed back to a calendar to change their dates. We had to take this off our website because it was just so awful to deal with people thinking their submitting quote requests for dates that are clearly not available.

  14. I OFTEN have guest confused on our direct booking page "but it said (from) $123 a night, but when I clicked the dates it's $350 a night." *the somehow MISS the "from."

    I answer "Yes- you are seeing the LOWEST pricing (I use Beyond pricing) for a random Sunday or Monday night."

    Is there a way to show the average daily rate vs the LOWEST price on our entire calendar. This has happened multiple times in the last week. Jumping from our lowest price of the season (shown on the booking page) to a holiday rate in the quote is…

  15. As a Property Manager, I would like to be able to see the full name of all my listings in the calendar view. Listings with long names (especially if the name starts with the same words) all look the same on the calendar and are impossible to differentiate.
    The PMP requires clicking on the visible part of the name to view the full name, which adds lots of work.
    Clicking on every single listing name to view which listing I'm looking at is a big waste of time.

  16. For longer term stays it often becomes necessary to keep notes about the guest and their stay. The current limit of 255 characters doesn't allow for keeping track of enough information.

  17. Airbnb has launched adding a non refundable discount to a cancellation policy - https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2600/offer-a-nonrefundable-option - this is not currently supported by Hostfully and we would like the option to add this discount in.

  20. The direct booking site displays calendar dates that don't allow check-in (for specific listings) in a darker blue color. It does not explain (to the guest) that those dates are available. To the guest, they appear to be occupied, which may discourage them from booking a longer stay.
    Displaying that check-in/out is not allowed may encourage them to try for a longer stay, rather than gicing up on those dates (idea from Jaci Christian)
