Allow ability to edit archived airbnb reservations
Right now, if you need to send a discount to an airbnb guest in the resolution center, it will not update in your statement in Hostfully. This will cause error in all reporting for the remainder of the month/year. Same if if the guest opts into a fee after they have arrived. We need to be able to manually edit our statement in Hostfully after a guest arrives or departs.

Often on Airbnb we send special offers to Guests. Airbnb blends the cleaning fee into the accommodation total.
if Airbnb doesn't collect a cleaning fee, my {ORDER FEE} is $0.
so if I want to create a formula to subtract the cleaning fee from the {ACCOM_RATE} nothing will happen because your system recognizes the {ORDER FEE} is $0.
This means I would have to create a custom formula and a custom report for EVERY SINGLE LISTING because the cleaning fees are different.
The simplest solution is to allow the user to EDIT THE RESERVATION DATA once it's been imported to Hostfully. Currently your system will not allow me to edit the Rent or Fees.
I have been able to easily do this in Guesty, once the reservation is created I could update the price details in the platform.
If I am unable to do this the Owner Reporting is fully inaccurate.
The Accommodation Fare is incorrect
The Cleaning Fee is incorrect
The Management Fee is incorrectRendering the report absolutely useless via the Hostfully Platform
Adjusting a CSV is a manual process that I am paying Hostfully to take off my to do list. The fact that I can upload the edited CSV to the portal is another issue. Sending owners to their email inbox and not the portal is not ideal.
The latest update from the team is over 12 months ago and the help team doesn't seem to have a solution either. I am chasing my tail over here

Hey Nicole! We are actively working on the ticket for this feature. Hope you can bear with us.
In the meantime, you can consider downloading the CSV file of those owner reports, then manually editing the adjustments and send to your owners accordingly.

please allow this function. 3 months in with hostfully and I have several adjustments to airbnb reservations (one time a guest left early, another time they brought a pet that wasn't pre-paid, one time something broke so they needed a refund). These are not rare. But I cannot edit the 'orders' in hostfully. this means that the reporting for owners for that property is useless. I cannot accurately run a report for total rent/fees after there has been an adjustment. I cannot believe that there are not more users with this problem.

I think we should be able to edit the reservations outside of the resolution center. Resolution center will not know if it is rent or fees or other that we are adjusting. We need to be able to just adjust the statement on our end for accurate reporting.

We've filed an improvement ticket for receiving refund and collections data from Airbnb resolution center. Once this is done, we will update you accordingly. Hope you can bear with us in the meantime :)
