Inquiry on Airbnb
When you get an inquiry from Airbnb right now, there's no way to figure out which property or Airbnb account it comes from. When you sync multiple airbnb accounts, this gets to be a huge problem trying to track down inquiries. It would be great if you could see the same data that you see post-booking on the right hand side (dates, property name, etc)

Hi everyone,
Good news! We have just released the feature to recognize Airbnb Inquiries in Hostfully system. Now when you go to the Inbox, you can see post-booking information (including the property's name, etc) on the right-hand side. You can directly communicate with Airbnb guests who send inquiries in Hostfully Inbox.
Another note is that you'll still need to log in to your Airbnb account to pre-approve/decline these inquiries as these buttons aren't supported in the integration yet.

We have to go to Airbnb to see who is messaging. We really want to eliminate the back and forth between apps

Thanks Ted. Unfortunately, many guests ask property specific questions and it’s difficult to answer them if we don’t know what property they are asking about.
Maybe just a note somewhere on the page about what property it’s in association with could he helpful in the interim?Thanks for the response!

The reason why you don't see post-booking information on the right hand side is that we haven't supported Airbnb Inquiries yet though they are displayed in Inbox and you can communicate with the potential guest normally.
We will consider this improvement for future developments.
