  2. At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

  7. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  10. Hi team,

    At the moment, the system doesn't support splitting 2nd payment into 2 or more payments.

    As a workaround, users should:
    1. Create manual payment link from Stripe > send to the guest
    2. Once the guest pays, Record a payment manually from Pipeline
    3. When the 2nd payment is due, the payment link will be sent to the guest with the correct amount

    That seems like a very overly-complicated way to handle this very simple use case. We would love to have an option to bill card on file and apply to balance feature to the platform.

  12. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  13. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  18. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  20. Eliminate the need to manually report and pay for taxes collected through our merchant account through third party applications like Avalara Mylodge Tax. Please create an API with Avalara to report and pay for monthly State and local taxes. This functionality already exists with VRBO but it is not available if you're an integrated property.
