Schedule payment reminders to the guest/host when a VRBO reservation is only partially paid
In VRBO reservations, if payment is split into two or more payments, and not all of them is paid, then need to highlight past due payments and/or send payment reminders to the guest/host. Otherwise guest may come and stay and leave without host realizing the reservation was never fully paid! After integration, VRBO doesn't send those payment reminder emails and relies on the PMS (Hostfully) to handle that.

Thank you! The system does already send an auto email to the guest X days prior to arrival date reminding them their balance is due. This is sent from a System Template and the X days is based on the field in Main Settings called "Pay balance at." Beyond that, you can use the Pipeline to see which guests have overdue payments by looking for those with a _red_ Arrival circle. From the Pipeline, you can hover over that circle and click to send a Payment Reminder to the guest.
