We've increased functionality on the MailChimp integration to now send:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Address (address, city, state, zip, country)
Language
We also have the Zapier integration available as well.

I would also add to this the ability to NOT send data to Mailchimp based on criteria. eg. anyone with a booking.com / airbnb hashed emailed shouldn't sync to Mailchimp as this is effectively a dead record.
Plus being able to send these over with 'Tags' or 'Custom Fields', not just email. May be this can be achieved with Zapier if that integration was carried out.
