Send multiple property quotes to a lead in one email from calendar
Currently you can send multiple property options to someone via the calendar but you cant present them with an offer or quote, just links to those properties. Its a bit time consuming and could be streamlined if we could create a Quote prior to the email stage. Essentially, from the calendar we generate the multiple property options to send via email but an additional step is allowed where we can go into each property to create a quote. Then we can send it all in one email.

I WAS JUST thinking of this!! Would be so nice!! I spend all day sending what felt like 1,000 quotes (I ran a big ad campaign)

Hi Emma.
Thank you for your feedback. We believe it won't take much time for guests to click on the link, check on the property and send book it. It will help guests to have a better view of your properties before decide to book it. You will need to create a lead before you can send a quote. If we allow you to send multiple quotes to your guests, it means there will be multiple leads properties. That would be hard to keep track of your calendar and Pipeline.
For now, if you want to send an offer to guests, you can use the button "Add Lead" to create a new lead then send quotes to guests on the Pipeline.
But we are happy to put this idea on the consideration list. Let see how many other customers vote for it so we can set the priority for this idea.
