Integrate with JotForm
integrate with JotForm. I send out a questionnaire/contract to each guest, and integration with them would be awesome.

As much as we would like to provide a Jetform integration, at the moment, their API does not support pre-filling of form data (see attached). What you can do is to use our Zappier integration to achieve an integration. See https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations

Note that you can pre-populate your Jotform with parameters you pass in the URL. So when you create your Jotform link in the Hostfully template, you can just append the parameters you want to prepopulate your form. See an example where where I pre-populate the the First Name field with the name "Mary", using https://form.jotform.com/251014702963047?name[first]=Mary

The pre-arrival form is completely inadequate.
It lacks the flexiblity we need to, for example:
- add conditional logic
- add multiple choice or dropdown menu options
- adjust layout and format questions for ease of readership and presentation
- input repeat guest's details we already have on file (e.g., to save guests being annoyed from providing the same documents repeatedly)Jotform has all of the above and much more.
We have therefore now ditched the Pre-Arrival form feature of Hostfully.
Instead, we will hyperlink to our own customised Pre-Arrival form created via Jotform.
If Hostfully was integrated with Jotform, some of the fields on the form would already be pre-populated with basic details from the booking.

Thank you for your idea. We have received it and will consider adding the integration based on the amount of votes on this idea. For now, you can use our pre-arrival form or paste the link to your Jotform in the template to let guests fill it out.
