Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Agreed this would be helpful. Right now can’t adjust communication based on if reservation has pets. Link above is related to charging for pets which we do use and it works well.

I agree it would be helpful to be able to add a pet waiver trigger, for example, to those who are bringing a pet.
