Allow multiple agents to work on a single reservation
At present, a reservation must be assigned to a single agent, however, any organization with more than a few vacation rentals likely has at least two employees who need to interact with guests and manipulate reservations.
The ability for multiple agents to log in and work on reservations is pretty critical to the scalability of the platform, especially if a history/change log were addd to the UI.

Any agent can re-assign a lead to themselves. Through the Edit Lead modal, just re-assign a lead to yourself using the "agents" drop-down box.
