Adjust workflow so that HelloSign contract is sent when we put emails manually for Airbnb reservations
As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.
When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.
We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign process.
