Update Dashboard userflow of processing new leads
Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.

Eliminate dashboard and have leads just go directly into pipeline.

I agree. these things should take you to the same view and just have the appropriate actions on them.
Also, the view from the calendar doesn't exactly match the detail view from the pipeline or dashboard for some reason?
