Any update on this? We would like the ability to have triggers set based on the booking date. For example, pre arrival form sent out two days after booking. Right now, we send it out based on the check in date.

Is there any update on this? It was received in September of 2023?? As a user, it doesn't seem my voice is heard on this platform.

Unbelievable this is not a feature already. I should be able to set the time before check-in and check-out or any action.
