Have a field for Pincode on each Property´s Mains Settings.
I have a different pincode for each property, and I would like to enter them on each property´s main settings so the pin code populates to a specific custom template.

In general this violates nearly every security code best practice. it's not a good idea.. if you have a property based code, then a guest who stayed last week can help themselves to this weeks guests belongings.
I would urge you to find a different solution than having property based codes,
but if you must, you can use the custom variables feature. these are per property and you can make a "property_pin_code" custom variable and then use that in templates to send the guest or cleaners or whomever the code.
so I would think custom variables solves your problem.
