Convert Currency on Direct Booking Site
I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com already provide built-in currency conversion, allowing international guests to view pricing in their local currency automatically. I also believe that the PMS Guestwisely offers this functionality as well.
As a U.S.-based host, we receive a significant number of inquiries from international travelers. While we are happy to provide quotes, a frequent point of friction is currency clarification. Guests often ask for pricing in their own currency, which slows the booking process and creates unnecessary manual work for hosts.
There should be a currency selector that allows guests to view their quote in their preferred currency, using real-time exchange rates. This transparency would help guests make faster booking decisions and improve overall conversion rates.
From an operational standpoint, currency conversion would also reduce repetitive administrative tasks. A core purpose of using a PMS is to minimize desk work and manual calculations so hosts can focus on marketing, revenue optimization, and guest experience. Matching the currency functionality already offered by OTAs would significantly improve efficiency and competitiveness for direct bookings.

To take this one step further, having the option to allow the user to convert the displayed currency into their currency of choice via connection to a real-time currency conversion site would alleviate a lot of questions from guests. We list our rates in USD even though we are in Costa Rica. We are constantly asked "Is this in Canadian dollars?", "Can you tell me the cost in GBP?", etc. Allowing the user to generate an estimated cost based on current exchange rates would be helpful.
