Long-term and short-term rental taxes
I want to automatically apply a 11.57% rental tax rate for short-term stays and a 1.5% rental tax rate for long-term stays (over 30 days) when guests book, depending on their stay duration.

it seems easy enough to add a "lenght of stay" range in the "taxes and fees" creation.
Some municipalities it's even more complex. there are some taxes/fees for 14 days others for up to 30, others for HOA fees that only apply to stays less than 6 months, etc...
To make things more complex there are some fees that CANNOT be passed to guests but need to be accounted for in the host revenue report
(example, Berkeley, California has an additional 2% STR fee that hosts have to pay but CANNOT pass on to guests), but it needs to be presented as a fee in the owner statements. -

Not only is this critical but at the bare minimum if I need to create my own lead and send them a quote I should be able to adjust sales tax not only in rent (which is now possible) but in other items below rent that I have to charge sakes tax to. It won't let me adjust taxes on anything else so the tax rate will not match. Huge issue with my sales tax liability each month. As you can see in the attached, if I adjust the sales tax it keeps the wrong sales tax on the items below
