Identifying Vrbo Online and Offline Bookings in PMP Lead Modal or Calendar
I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.
Current Situation:
Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.
Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.
Feature Request:
As a Property Manager, I am comfortable having both online and offline bookings from Vrbo in PMP. However, I need a way to easily distinguish between the two types of bookings. This would allow me to:
Anticipate that direct messaging integration will not work for offline bookings.
Manage guest expectations more effectively by informing them in advance about the nature of their booking.

I find this request a little confusing.
VRBO policy doesn't allow offline bookings:
https://help.vrbo.com/articles/About-offline-bookingEither the guest needs to complete the bookigng through the channels booking workflow or it is a direct booking for which vebo is owed a commission for lead generation.
The latter shouldn't expect to get a full vebo integration since it cut them out of the process.
The tight thing would be to have the guest complete the booking through vebo as an online booking

I have the same situation (3 months after) .
But I would say that there has to be a way that all VRBO reservations should appear as Online Booking always.
Either by increasing the speed of Hostfully response to VRBO or having updates on VRBO so all reservations are shown in the VRBO platform as well.
This avoids the guest to have a seamless booking experience that we are trying to provide by having express booking turned on.
Also, This issue makes the guest question if we are a legit company and that have us worried (needs extra effort just to have them convinced that things are ok)
