We have been using the Pro version of Adobe Sign which only costs $19.99 per month. You can upload and edit tons of contracts/templates (if you have a different contract for each home) and then send them out for multiple signatures from multiple people. The Pro version allows you to add a field for uploads such as a government ID or Drivers License. You have the ability to edit each contract (if you need to) before sending it out to all guests for signatures. The desktop and App version are easy to use and you can set up alerts for when docs are signed/completed. All docs can be saved in the Adobe cloud, directly to your computer or an affiliated storage program. The dues listed in the previous comments seem extremely high and I would encourage you to at least take a look at Adobe Sign.

I can't imagine hostfully would offer a comparable replacement for docusign. What I see more often is people doing a docusign integration which won't save you docusign fees.

why are you paying so much for docusign. I had their full api access for about 2k a year. I didn't find those additional features as useful as I thought and am down to a lower tier that's around $500/year. maybe your volume is much higher, but I think you need to talk to docusign sales and get your price under control.

Hostfully has an integration with hellosign which may be a cheaper option, but I don't know how that works exactly.

The Rental agreement is extremely important. Currently Hostfully offers a very elementary format with only a signature. I believe this is not sufficient considering the changing regulatory requirements from cities and vacation homes are often owners most valuable asset. We need to have a document that has the ability for initialing paragraphs and attachment capabilities so the drivers licence and other documents required by cities can be within the agreement. . Currently I have to pay $4000 to use Dropboxsign to get an adequate rental contract. This is one of the most important things I feel Hostfully should provide to us.
