Let Cleaners View Booking Calendar in Service Hub
We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)
Previously, this was possible in the web-based version of the service provider portal, and it helped cleaners better plan around guest stays, even if they weren’t assigned a job yet. This would be especially useful for accounts that work with just one cleaner or maintenance person who needs visibility into upcoming activity at the property to schedule tasks accordingly.
Why this matters:
• Avoids needing full associate access (which may be too much)
• Helps service providers proactively plan around guest stays
• Reduces owner/manager workload by giving providers limited visibility
• Increases usability and trust in the Service Provider Hub
We’d love to see this feature brought back in a safe and secure way!

My cleaning team also depended on being able to see all their properties and what there weeks/months looked like via a stacked calendar.

A read-only stacked and individial calendar view is extremely important and helpful for my cleaners who clean multiple properties to be able to see a stacked calendar of all their properties and how that looks for them on a weekly/monthly basis. It helps us plan our weeks in advance and know when we might need extra hands far in advance in order to secure that help
Service Providers need to know which house to prioritize if they have three cleans - example, if there are three check outs and two of those properties have a same day flip (checkout/in) and the third does not, then the two houses that do have priority.
All my service providers are extremely unhappy with this update.
Please bring back the calendar view so they can see the reservation, how many guests and if there is a pet.

We need to see all properties listed together. Like the desk top version. I need to see check in and out dates when I open the calendar. It’s not an efficient system to look at a property to see information then go to the calendar. This creates huge room for error which is bad for our business. Everything in the app should’ve worked just like the desk top version.

Dots on a calendar on checkout day only is an incredibly poor idea. I'm shocked you'd even consider this to be a viable solution. We staff need to see the checkin and out details of the reservation. You can't tell same day turns which is very important with regard to knowing what time to go to the rental to clean and service it. Other staff like the lawn crew can't tell when the house is unoccupied so that they can do maintenance without disturbing guests. Cleaning calendars are so important that I am pretty sure the only one happy about this dot idea will be your competitors. They will have a huge advantage over you having proper calendars for the staff when Hostfully now does not. Please come to your senses!!!

The new Dot Method of showing check outs will not work for us to serve our cleaning customers.
We need to be able to see the check in/ check out dates to properly schedule our required services. -

As a cleaner, this new app makes my job much more difficult because I can't see a clear representation of check-ins and check-outs. I shouldn't have to click on anything to see what is there everytime, I should have it all laid out on the calendar...the check-ins start point and end....very simple. Please do not get rid of the web version....leave it for those of us who prefer this method. If others want the app, so be it...but I see the new system already causing more work for both property owner and hired help.

Our cleaners and other workman need a clear view of both checkin and out in the calendar format. The new design with jobs and dots on Checkout will cause many mistakes and more work. This is a very important feature for out businesses. If it’s not right it’s enough to consider changing software providers. Please leave the old format as is.
