  4. Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

  5. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.

  12. Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
    The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
    It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.

  13. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

  20. Whimstay reservations are sent to quickbooks as if they are direct bookings, going into the agency clearing account. However, Whimstay is actually the merchant of record, and holds on to the funds until the guest arrives (like airbnb). These transactions should be reported to Quickbooks as going into a Whimstay Clearing account.
