  1. In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

  2. Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

  4. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

  5. As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

  7. I want to be able to pay utilities every month automatically through Hostfully. For one house, I have to pay 2 bills on a monthly basis, i.e electricity and internet). I want to control when it is paid and also edit the card details on the monthly payment. I want to connect the DEWA and etisalat accounts to Hostfully for monthly payments (these are the 2 firms to which I make utility payments)

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  13. I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
    I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.

  15. When the payment is sent to Booking.com guests from Hostfully, it goes broken in BDC so guests fail to proceed the payment.

    a workaround (ask guest to copy and paste) is not really ideal and not user-friendly so I prefer to have the link works when guests click on BDC inbox.

  17. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.
