Improve how photos can be organized and re-ordered
The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.
I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

I want to have the rules "Increase rate by X % when stay is smaller than Y nights" to Airbnb. It only works with direct booking site at the moment.

Support cancellation policy at property level for Booking.com.
The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

"Only checkin on" setting enhancement
On the property setting page, there's a setting called "Only check-in On," which allows PMs to specify certain days of the week for check-ins. However, this setting is easily overridden on Pricing tab when updating pricing by dragging dates for a certain period, or when a dynamic pricing tool updates price-only to Hostfully.
To address this, I would like to request the following enhancements:
Maintain "Only check-in On" Setting: Ensure that the "Only check-in On" setting is preserved and not overridden when updating prices manually for multiple days or when using a dynamic pricing tool.

Add checkin instruction tab in property settings page for multi-unit
When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.
It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

Character Count in Property Description Request
Now that Airbnb and VRBO both have restrictions on the number of characters for Public Name and Long Description, it would be extremely helpful and more streamline to make those adjustments. Instead I'll have to copy and past into a word doc and the paste back into. It's kinda clumsy and time consuming as I have 20+ properties to adjust. Unless I am missing it somewhere. :)

Ability to blend or hide the tax rate/fee into the nightly rate when sending to OTAs.
I think it's a good way to optimize the booking order at the guest's view where they only see the nightly rate. However, from the Property Management Platform, we are still able to see the tax rate or fees built into the nightly rate.
For example, the nightly rate is 195 and all guests see is 195 per night. But from Hostfully, we will see it as 195 including a 9% tax rate, which means the rent is 178.9 and the tax rate is 16.10.

Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates
At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".
The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

Able to delete the common space on property setting
Each time, I want to delete the common space, I have contacted CS to delete it from back end. I want to have the option to delete the common space on the property setting UI directly.

Ability to block properties from receiving bookings but still have them active and appear on the calendar to see existing reservations.

More intuitive user interface for owner invite
Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

Ability to set different cleaning fees based on length of stay
Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

Improve the UI of Owner Adjustments
Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.
