seasonal cancelation
Airbnb just announced seasonal cancellation is available with their platform. I need a flexible cancellation policy during low season and a strict cancellation policy for my peak seasons. If a guest cancels a peak season booking, I am forced to discount to fill the space. This results in a lower revenue booking or gaps in my calendar during peak seasons.
During slower seasons, I am ok with flexible cancellation policies to help fill my calendar.

Seasonal discounts
Support on seasonal discount for high and low season. It would be helpful if we can select date range for discounts to apply it on different season.
For example, pricelabs which I am using now and they want my prices up over $320 a night high season and $154 in low season... we book in Costa Rica 6 months in advance for trips... people book ahead. so right now my monthly rate is showing $9000 when my competition is $6000... but if I put a discount of 30 percent on that now... anything I have in low season is going…

would like to be able to set the security deposit to work for only one channel, for example Vrbo, without it being pushed to the others

At the moment, the option "Apply a different Long Description per channel" is only supported for Standalone and the Master unit of the master-sub properties.

Support for Monthly Pricing Structure
We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

Allow editing of non–per stay fees in Lead Modal
Currently, only fees configured with a “per stay” scope are editable from the Lead Modal. Fees with other scopes (for example, per night or percentage-based configurations) are not editable, which limits flexibility when managing reservations.
This behavior can be confusing, especially in cases where:
A fee is not percentage-based but still cannot be edited
Other fees (like VAT) may appear editable, creating inconsistency
Property managers need to quickly adjust fees without adding manual workaroundsAt the moment, the only workaround is to add an adjustment or custom line item to offset the fee, which adds extra steps and reduces clarity…

Be able to include "super king"
In the UK, "super king" beds are an extra special feature. Can we have the ability to discern a super king bed, at the very least, on the direct booking site.

"Ignore tax charge for stays over" rule for additional fees
Apply "Ignore tax charge for stays over" to the additional fee. In the meantime, when adding an optional fee under Fees and Taxes, we can add tax rate on that fee but there is no place to add the "Ignore tax charge for stays over" rule.

Merging Jacuzzi and Hot tub amenity for Airbnb
Currently, both Hot tub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped as Hot tub on Airbnb. However, the Jacuzzi is a bathtub which has jets. This is different than a hot tub. There shouldn’t be a hot tub amenity and a Jacuzzi amenity if they mean the same thing.

Make the process of deleting a fee/tax more intuitive
Right now when deleting a fee under Fees, Taxes, and Policies, the fee will be deleted for all properties by default. You also have the option to select the properties from which you can remove the fee.
However, I think by default we should have it removed for the property that I'm selecting, not all, since it's confusing and I can accidentally delete it for all.1 vote -
Flexible Taxes & Fees Based on Revenue Components, Stay Length, and Booking Channel
Currently in Hostfully there is limited flexibility in how taxes and platform-related fees are calculated and applied. This creates accounting discrepancies compared with how other platforms (e.g., Airbnb) treat revenue components and prevents accurate handling of regional tax rules and channel-specific fees.
Two key limitations cause issues:
.Taxes and levies cannot be configured based on total booking revenue or stay length.
.Fees cannot vary based on the booking channel. This makes it difficult to ensure taxes and platform fees are applied correctly and creates reconciliation problems for accounting.
It would be important to introduce greater flexibility in how taxes and…

Enable Short Stay Premium for channels beyond Hostfullyth Hostfully channel.
It would be very helpful if the Short Stay Premium feature could work with other channels. This would allow for a more consistent pricing strategy across platforms and better control over short-stay profitability.

Archive Photos without deleting them
I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

Clearer Payment settings & Flexible Payment Timing Options
The current payment setting language is unclear and potentially misleading. Additionally, there is no flexible option for hosts who work with vetted guests and do not want to charge 100% of the stay amount at the time of booking—especially for last-minute reservations.
The current wording uses the term “AT,” which is not sufficiently clear and can easily be misinterpreted. This should be revised to be crystal clear about exactly when and under what conditions payment is processed.
It should say "collect balance BEFORE CHECK IN DAY"
