  2. Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.

    I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

  4. The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)

    For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.

    As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.

    It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

  5. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

  7. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  13. Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins/ checkouts because I don't want a check-out and check-in on the same day.

    Additionally, guests often request a late checkout and an early check in. Having the separation allows me to grant the request and still give my cleaners enough time to service the house.

  15. As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.

    Owner Payout = Gross Nightly Rate Revenue - PM Commission % - Service Fee
    (base on channels)

    or

    if airbnb, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)- airbnb host service fee
    if VRBO, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)*(1-15%)

    etc...
