It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.

    • we can add and remove a chargeable service to existing boooking
    • have a payment link (Stripe) for an extra payment if required
    • and I believe refund is already supported through order balance when it becomes negative (I hope)
    • it has to work for any OTA, not only for direct bookings

    This is useful if you want to charge for early check-in or late check-out, for example. And any other additional services an agency may have.

  9. A host goes to the pipeline to make sure everything is done for the guest but the envelope only shows up when the check-in instructions are sent manually through the Pipeline. There should be an option to identify a trigger as the check-in instructions and for the envelope to show up when it is sent.

  12. we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

  13. Ability to group taxes on the guest interface, so it would not show as separate items. It could be a deterrent because the guest might feel overhelmed seeing they are paying alot of taxes.

    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  16. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.
