  1. Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

  3. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…

  6. To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.
    Maybe even a space to give a reason for that refund so you can refer back to it if there is ever an issue that arises.

  7. I would like the ability to add a checklist to each guest. I currently use a checklist that I mark off for each guest, but it is in excel. I would love to be able to link a checklist to each guest so that I see it within Hostfully and I don't have to go outside of the software to utilize it. Is this possible, or is something like this available within Hostfully now?

  8. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.

  9. Adding the property name would be user friendly and easier to view reservations in the Pipeline when on "All Properties" filter. It is too hard to understand which property it is just by looking at a photo in the Pipeline.

  10. I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

  11. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or…

  13. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

  15. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  16. Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

  17. I have guests sign a rental agreement through my private DocuSign account. I would like to be able to upload this into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  18. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  19. I want to add a pincode manually to the reservation under Stay Details tab. If the guest email field is blank (Airbnb doesn't send guest emails to Hostfully due to their policies), I'll need to enter my own email every time in order to to able to save the lead.

  20. We offer a lower commission rate on stays that acquired by our home owners. Since these are all entered in manually it would be great to have the option to change the commission rate when creating a booking so that the calculations will shake out in the reports rather than us having to track these stays and break it down after we run reports.
