  3. Be able to set the trigger for the review post on Airbnb in less than 24 hours.
    Currently, the review post trigger just only allows the setting more than 24 hours after stay ends.

  4. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period. The other benefit would be that your review posting last minute will postpone the automated Airbnb message to the guest to leave you a review once it's too late, rather than reminding them to leave you a…

  5. How do I read these direct booking reviews? I click on them and nothing opens up. Is the only way to read them is to click on "edit"? You want me to read them in that little edit box. That is not a good software design. That edit box is tiny. This wasn't thought out very well. Please create a request for a feature.

  6. More details: I want to export all of my reviews so I can utilize them in copy and other materials. Also, I have a tool that uses AI to analyze the details of my reviews so I can see what people generally like and/or can improve on.

  7. Currently new Airbnb Guest reviews show at the end of the list, this requires an extra click or more to get to reviews for current guests. If they were sorted so the newest Guest reviews showed at the top of page 1, old reviews can continue to be pushed back to pages 2 and beyond since it is rare to have a need to review them.

  8. I would just like reminders sent to guests who have not yet left a review, if they have left a review then they do not get the reminder,

    So a set message encouraging to please review the property

  10. Add a tool to view the "private feedback' guests leave with their public review. This is where important property info is often left, and is very valuable info to pass along to supply stockers and maintenance.

  12. On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.
