Ability to suggest automatic replies to common guest questions
If we had a bot in guidebooks or messaging we could have instant answers to:
Can I check in early?
Can I check out late?
Do you provide coffee?

The AI feature looks at both the property information in the property management software and the associated Hostfully guidebook.

Don´t show expired while tyiping the discount code on the Direct Booking Site
No matter if it is a brand new code or a code that is not expired, as the guest is entering the code it says expired until the whole code is entered. This makes a lot of guests stop before it is completed and calls that say the code does not work.

Remove cleaning fee from order if it is $0
Even if the cleaning fee amount is $0, it still shows up as a line item in the order. We would like the ability to remove it.

Airbnb "Where you'll sleep" photos
The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

Have ability to move Airbnb/BDC reservation in Hostfully calendar
I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.
Sometimes, guests refused to update the reservations in the channels even though the property booked is not their current stays
3 votesGreat news! You now can move Airbnb and Booking.com reservations between different properties.
For Airbnb, you have 2 options:
- You can request a change to the Airbnb booking, select a new listing, then wait for your guests to accept it. Once done, the Airbnb reservation will be moved to the new listing. More details here: https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/1861331-modify-a-quote-or-reservation#h_d497b10d70
- If you are using Hostfully's Multi-unit feature, you can freely move the Airbnb booking to a different unit of the same type. More details here: https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/11179690-manage-bookings-for-a-multi-unit-listing#h_cdba5c55db

Improve loading time for direct booking site
Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

Ability to download the pre-arrival form in PDF format
Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.
Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

Support Booking.com Facilities and Services in Hostfully
On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.
However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.
This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

Adjust Neighbourhood spelling showing on new DBS
On new DBS, it spells Neighbourhood. While I understand that in the United States, there is a preference for "neighborhood" over "neighbourhood", "neighbourhood" is not a spelling mistake, but it might give a confusion and misunderstanding that it's spelled wrongly.

Allow $0 AND NEGATIVE owner adjustments
We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.
Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.
We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…
