Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

I was totally unaware of this fact. Now, I can no longer rely on my Hostfully Analytics or Financial Reports. Units come and go, it ever changing but we need to keep a track on month to month and also year to year gains or losses. Now, we have to look at Sage for all of this data, which is very longwinded. I'm not sure everyone is aware of this flaw. Thanks for considering this as critical and maybe coming up with a fast solution.

Agreed. Historical data is even required by law in many jurisdictions.

Similarly, when a property is inactive, its historical data doesn't appear in the analytics, making kpi's inaccurate.
