  1. For instance, let's say for most of the year you have a moderate cancellation policy, but for special events it could be stricter. Last year for Coachella people booked a year before, then at the last minute found a cheaper place because people start lowering their prices when they don't book. So they would cancel before the deadline and you would have to drastically lower your prices to rebook after you held the dates for them for a year.

  2. Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

  4. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.

    We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

  5. When connected to Hostfully, Vrbo does not do same-day bookings.
    But we noticed we can book properties for tonight in Vrbo, so this looks more like a limitation when channels are mapped.

  6. Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.

    Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.

  8. Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
    This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.

    Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

  11. VRBO operates in USD, but many properties around the world are priced in other local currencies. In addition, some countries cannot use Stripe due to country-specific restrictions or agreements, which prevents certain properties from connecting to VRBO directly.

    As a result, these properties often have to rely on iCal connections instead of a full direct integration. The downside is that iCal is limited and does not support full dynamic syncing, which can reduce exposure, efficiency, and potentially booking traffic.

  13. We have Booking.com group booking where guests can book both master and sub units and it exceed our max guest ability. It should not allow guests to book both master and sub units at the same time when it comes to group booking

  15. Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.

    However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.

    Use Case Example:
    I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
    Standard Rate Plan
    Price: €100
    Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
    Non-Refundable Rate Plan
    Price: €70
    Fully non-refundable (no refund if the guest cancels)

  16. Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.

  17. ’m curious if anyone here has worked with Hopper Homes yet? (https://hopper.com/travel/homes) Their travel app is huge with younger travelers and seems to drive a ton of bookings. It would be amazing if Hostfully could eventually integrate with them — feels like a great extra channel for all of us to tap into.
