Variables Request for Deposit amount and Percentage at reservation.
"Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%
"Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

Include System Templates in Scheduled Messages
It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.2 votes -
Booking updated template to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

We would like to have a variable on auto messages that can say whether some has booked a service or not. For example, we have hot tub as an additional service, and we want to notify the owners that they selected a hot tub.

Add a trigger condition based on length of stay
We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.
E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".
We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

Add date options to the system template: Alternative Rental Dates
Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.
It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.5 votes -
Trigger for not completing payment or pre-arrival forms
It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.
Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.
I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

Trigger Day of week apply can have time to run
The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.
To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.
