We need the ability to filter more than one property on the analytics page
Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

Monthly breakdown in a yearly property report
I want a property report for January 2024, February 2024, March 2024, etc. But I would like to see all the results in one report rather than having 12 separate reports.

Filter transactions by payment method in reports
Currently, the Transaction Reports in Hostfully do not allow filtering by payment method. Property managers would benefit from the ability to generate reports that show only transactions made through a specific processor, such as Stripe, PayPal, or VRP. This would make it easier to reconcile payments and track revenue by payment source without exporting and manually filtering the data.

Add Escrow Balance Tracking to Owner Reporting
Currently, Hostfully’s owner reporting system does not include escrow balance tracking. This creates challenges for property managers who need to reconcile funds accurately. Without this feature, teams are forced to use manual workarounds outside of Hostfully, which increases the risk of errors and adds significant time to reporting processes.

Ability to add a custom name to reports file
Currently you can give custom title to reports, but when you send the PDF to the owners the file is downloaded with an alphanumeric values for file title. Title looks restricted to the report header and doesn't affect file name.

Support Free text in Formatter
At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.
We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:
Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.
Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

We want the ability to extract Owner block's Notes and dates of the owner blocks in the property report. At the moment, it only gives the occupancy rate, number of nights of the owner block per property.

Show Report issuing date on the Property Report
I would like the option to show Report Issuing date directly on the Property Report. At the moment, I can only see the date range of the report, not the issuing date. Having the Report Issuing date available directly on the report would help me to better identify each report.

enhanced reports edit list sequence
It would be very helpful if we could edit the list order of the enhanced reports. It only gives the option of duplicating and going to the bottom of the page, which separates from the report type groupings, making it difficult to find as we scale more properties.

include a header on each page of a multipage report
When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

Ability to customize name of order adjustment so it can be pulled separately in report
This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.
