  2. At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.

    The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  4. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  9. At the moment, while there're addresses fields in the Client information tab, we're not able to run a report of it.

  12. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.

  14. I'm having trouble scheduling the owner reports to be published on a certain day of the month. I was told that I could only have them run on the day of the month I set up the schedule, but it seems to be defaulting to the 1st of the month and that is not the right day for us to run said owner statements. Please help.

  15. I would like a monthly summary of the amount owed each owner all on one report instead of the line by line amounts. This would make it much easier for me to know what I need to send owners each month instead of having it all be on a separate report for every owner.

  17. If the Tax rate in Property Main Settings is 11.325%, then when we use variable {TAX_RATE} to extract the value, we would like to have it showed as 11.325% instead of the rounded value which is 11.3%

  18. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  19. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.
