  3. On the property fees and policies tab, under property expectations, it shows the Airbnb and Hostfully icon. However, these expectations do not appear on the Hostfully direct booking website. This is an Airbnb feature only. Can we remove the Hostfully icon here so it is not confusing/misleading?

  5. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  8. Currently when setting up a fee or tax with % value, they are only based on the Rent amount. It would be great if we could decide either Rent or Rent + Cleaning fee or the Total amount of the lead or whatever to apply the fee or tax

  9. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

  13. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

  16. For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.

    That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

  19. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.
