  1. On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

  2. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

  3. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

  4. It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

    Also to be able to apply the discount to particular houses as not all our property owners like to offer discounts

  5. It would be helpful if we can make the key color of the direct booking site customizable. This color would modify the Activate State of the Tabs (Calendar, Map, Reviews, etc), the book now, the calendar booked dates, the stars and subtext for reviews. These are all currently a green. Currently the Book now button on the widget is also more like a Cyan than the green used in other areas. All these colors should be consistent and ideally adjustable on the Direct Booking site settings. We can do this if we use widgets separately, but unable to customize within…

  6. When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.

    It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
    Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…

  7. Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.

  8. The price quoted in the email is deceptively high and would scare off guests since it is the total including the deposit and all fees. I would think that if they clicked on one of the properties in the email that it would show them a breakdown of how that figure was calculated. But it just takes them to the listing. Not a quote. ---Personally I'd prefer if this email would publish the nightly rate instead. Let the guests see all the fees and deposits later. This email should entice them, not scare them off.

  9. A guest should be able to select multiple properties/ room and pay for them all in one transaction instead of having to have multiple transactions for each one

  10. I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

    Transaction ID
    Total Price
    Taxes
    Number of nights booked

  11. When a lead is generated on our sites (due to no availability) they are currently not input into Hostfully, but instead just emailed. It would be helpful to have the option of having lead information stored in hostfully so that we don't have to manually add them if we find a date that works for them, Also a phone number is needed to be captured on the lead form too, as sometimes our emails to these leads go to spam and we need a way to follow up,

  16. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.
