    It would be great to have a Zapier trigger that fires when a new payment is created, which includes all the payment data in individual fields.

  3. Pipeline not showing option to send payment request email until payment due date

    If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  5. Put a modification of reservation duration

    When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.
    Same as the HOLD duration.

  6. Include total $ amount collected in occupancy agreement

    Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
    Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.

    IDEAL is a common payment method in the Netherlands.

    iDEAL is a single use payment method where customers are required to authenticate their payment. Customers pay with iDEAL by redirecting from your website, authorizing the payment, then returning to your website where you get immediate notification on whether the payment succeeded or failed.
