    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

    creating a new booking each month is not an acceptable workaround in this market with managers having to offer both short, mid and long term stays our software needs to allow for this data input and outputs in our reporting

    Adding the monthly rate option and prorated for the first month depending on their arrival dates would be incredible helpful. When generating the reservation to have the option to enter the first month's rent rate and then the recurring monthly rate and number of months is very much needed in my business. Then hopefully my owner reports will be accurate as the monthly rate wouldn't change in the report when there are 28/29/30/31 days in a month

    Agreed! Hostfully reps ask us to come in here and upvote. I imagine only a small percentage of us take the time to do this which means it's important enough to the business operation to request this. This is one very annoying feature I miss from my previous PMS software that costs us admin time and mental bandwidth

    I agree. We often have to personalize these scheduled messages so the guest isn't confused when receiving a canned message.

    +1 on all of the items below. I would like the option to choose if the message is recurring or once. If a guest is with us for 2 weeks I want to send one message on Friday at 4pm and not every Friday

    send message at 5pm on Friday
    one time only
    OR
    weekly until departure

    I use this feature to let our guests know about the farmer's market but they do not need this message every week, just the first week.

    BUT I would need the weekly garbage reminder.

    A designated time to send the message is important to me as well
