Implement Airbnb Resolution Center API
I'd like to receive all financial updates on Airbnb bookings from the Airbnb Resolutions Center on the order in Hostfully so financials can be in synch for bookings and reporting.
Problem Statement:
Right now, if a guest is refunded or funds are collected from a guest using the Airbnb resolution center, then Hostfully does not receive that information for updating bookings and therefore Reporting. This causes a gap in reporting and makes it hard to reconcile.

Primary contact on Booking.com
The primary contact on Booking.com needs to be the booking agent not the Admin of the Hostfully Account.
At least remove the syncronization so we can enter the good information because when I make the change it went back the next day.The customer contact me instead of the agent. It doesnt make sens.

Allow direct access to additional Airbnb settings...
There are a suite of additional settings within Airbnb that are NOT accessible via Hostfully. Things like weekly and monthly discounts, pre-booking message, creating a customized listing link can only be modified by un-syncing the listing and editing it through Airbnb.

Quote or Special Offer option for VRBO enquiries.
I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.

New listing discount with Vrbo
Need the ability to integrate with vrbo and airbnb new listing discounts, if I list my new property in Hostfully first I don't have a way to turn on the new listing discount with vrbo.

Push Length of Stay Discounts to Booking.com
As a property manager, I'd like to be able to push the length of stay discount at the bottom of the pricing tab in Hostfully to Booking.com. This is not currently possible due to Hostfully not supporting multiple rate plans in Booking.com. Please vote on this idea if you would like this implemented.

booking lead time / % at reservation customizable per channel
Integrated partners with VRBO and booking.com are forced to be the merchant of record but also forced to be instabook. This leaves no time to vet your guest. This is a receipt for fraud! The booking lead times should should be able to be set per platform. Moreover, the % due at reservation should also include a category to pay the remaining % "x" days AFTER the RESERVATION is made.

Allow options of when to post on the Channel
I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:
X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
Occupancy % of X to Y for a given monthI could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.
